Degradation analysis of LIB with graphite / SiO composite anode
We can conduct trial production of LIB cells and their aging tests. We analyze the LIB with graphite/SiO composite anode after cycle test and estimate the cause for the capacity fade.

Mapping of charge state of graphite anode and identification of metallic Li deposition area
The structure change during charge/discharge cycle can be visualized nondestructively by XRD measurement with high energy X-ray. We can obtain the mapping images of the charged state of graphite anode in laminated cell and evaluate the chemical state of Li inside the laminated cell.

in-situ SEM observation of all solid lithium battery
We can detect the morphological changes of constituent materials and changes of element distribution by SEM observation of all-solid-state battery during charge and discharge. We introduce the in-situ observation of all-solid-state battery with sulfide-based solid electrolyte.
